TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to your use of fanstate.shop and to every order placed on it. The store is run by Eleven Square Labs, a partnership firm registered in India (GSTIN 29AAMFE0760H1ZB), 4th Floor, OM Chambers, 648/A, 1st Main Road, Indiranagar, Bengaluru 560038, Karnataka. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products
Fanstate makes framed circuit prints with a 3D-printed raised track. Each frame is made to order. Photos and renders show the product as accurately as we can; small differences in colour, print texture and the 3D-printed track are normal for hand-finished, made-to-order items and are not defects.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping within India is free. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partner. Optional extras (personalisation, gift box) are charged as shown on the product page. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.

3. Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Personalisation
Names and messages are printed exactly as you type them, so please check spelling before ordering. You must not ask us to print anything offensive, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights; we may refuse such orders with a full refund.

5. Shipping, cancellations and replacements

6. Intellectual property
All designs, photos, renders, text and the Fanstate name and logo belong to Eleven Square Labs. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Circuit names are used only to describe the products. Fanstate is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, any racing team or any circuit owner. 7. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
