We process all payments through secure and authorised payment gateways such as Razorpay. Currently, we accept the following payment options:
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other BHIM UPI apps.
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express (Credit and Debit).
- Net Banking: All major Indian banks.
- Wallets: Popular digital wallets supported by Razorpay.
2. Pricing, Currency and Taxes
- All prices on Fanstate are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
- The final price at checkout is the amount you will be charged. There are no hidden charges.
3. Payment Security
Your payment security is our highest priority. Fanstate does not store your card details, banking credentials, or UPI information. All payment data is encrypted and securely processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
4. Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your transaction is completed.
- If payment is pending or unsuccessful, your order will not be processed.
5. Transaction Failures
If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, the amount is usually refunded automatically by your bank or payment provider within 3–7 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at support@fanstate.shop with your transaction details.
6. Billing Descriptor
Transactions may appear on your bank or card statement as "RAZORPAY * FANSTATE" or a similar descriptor.
