Returns Policy

At Fanstate, we specialize in creating high‑quality, customised 3D printed race tracks and sports‑themed products. Each product is made to order based on your custom specifications, which means every item is unique and produced specifically for you.

Because of the customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Non‑Returnable Customised Products

  • All 3D printed race tracks and customised products sold on fanstate.shop are made specifically for each customer.
  • Due to this, we are unable to restock or resell these items.
  • Orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products

We will only review claims for products that arrive damaged or defective in a way that affects the usability of the product.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections, packaging damage, or colour variations that do not affect functionality will not be considered defects.
  • As 3D printing is a custom manufacturing process, slight variations in finish, texture, or colour may occur and are considered normal.

Conditions for Reporting Damage

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fanstate.shop.
  • You must include your Order ID, clear photos, and a full unpackaging video showing the condition of the product upon receipt.
  • Claims submitted without an unpackaging video may not be eligible for review.

Fanstate reserves the right to assess and determine whether a product qualifies as damaged or defective. The final decision will be at the company’s discretion.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the damaged component or product.
  • Store credit.
  • Partial or full refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after approval.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All Fanstate products are custom manufactured. Orders are typically processed and produced within 3–10 business days. Production time may vary depending on order volume and product complexity.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak demand periods, production and shipping may take longer. We will notify you in case of significant delays.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to customs, logistics partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Fanstate is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Fanstate is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Contact the courier company immediately to file a claim.
  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged items.
  • Notify us at support@fanstate.shop for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Fanstate is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
