2. Products and Customisation

• All Fanstate products are custom manufactured and made to order based on customer specifications.
• Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations, colour differences, or texture irregularities may occur and are not considered defects.
• All product images are for representation purposes only. Final products may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of technical errors, fraud, or misuse.

3. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices displayed include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• The price at the time of order placement will be considered final.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay or other authorised payment gateways. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout.

5. Order Processing, Shipping and Delivery

• All products are custom manufactured. Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days.
• Shipping timelines vary based on location and logistics partner.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted due to the customised nature of the products.

7. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Products

• All customised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• We only review claims for products that arrive damaged or defective.
• Customers must submit a full unboxing video, photos, and Order ID within 48 hours of delivery to support@fanstate.shop.
• Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–14 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, layouts, product concepts, and branding, are the intellectual property of Eleven Square Labs. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eleven Square Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
